Bliss in the Virgin Islands
Day 1: Arrive
at the St. Thomas airport and be met by Captain John. A short
car ride brings you to D’Natalin, docked at Yacht Haven
Marina. Meet the crew, pick out your stateroom, then head
on into town for a shopping spree. Back to the yacht in time
for Sunndowner cocktails on the skybridge before a lovely
meal.
Day 2: Breakfast
al fresco on the aft deck as your captain and crew throw the
lines off and you leave the dock. Motor on over to Cruz Bay
on St. John’s for another shopping spree. After returning
to D’Natalin, Capt. John will take her around the corner
to a sheltered cove for snorkeling. Once everyone returns
from the water, lunch is served on the aft deck, followed
by naps! Journey onto West End to anchor for the night.
Day 3: Capt.
John will check everyone into the BVIs wile you enjoy a second
cup of coffee. Proceed up the west side of Tortola to the
Dogs. Lunch is served, followed by a bit of relaxation before
an amazing snorkeling experience. When all the guests are
safely back on the yacht, the captain will raise the anchor
and move to West End to anchor for the night. Take a quick
tender ride into West End for a stroll and cocktails at the
Bitter End Yacht Club. Dinner back on board, followed by the
choice of going dancing or watching a movie. Choice, the bliss
of chartering!
Day
4: Travel on down the Sir Francis
Drake Channel to visit the Baths off Virgin Gorda. Then, proceed
to Cooper Island where you do a rendezvous dive on the Rhone.
After your dive and following lunch, motor on down to the
Bight at Norman Island. Snorkel in the Caves at Norman Island,
then head over to the “Willy T” (a floating bar
and restaurant) for cocktails. After dinner onboard, perhaps
returning to the Willy T for some after dinner wildness.
Day 5:
You awake to the gentle motion of D’Natalin as she steams
back to St. Thomas. By the time you arrive back at Yacht Haven,
you have had a leisurely breakfast with Bloody Marys. Clear
customs after docking, with plenty of time to make your departure
flight. But are you sure you really want to leave?
